3. USER ELIGIBILITY

By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian. You warrant that any information provided to us is accurate and up-to-date.

4. PAYMENT TERMS

Fees and payment terms are outlined in our agreements or proposals with the client. Payment is due within the agreed timeframe specified in our invoices or at the time of purchasing an online course. Late payments may incur additional charges or interest as outlined in the invoice or agreement.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials, images, graphics, product descriptions, and content created by Holsterguy remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated. Clients and users receive a limited, non-transferable license to use materials for personal or professional purposes related to purchased products. You warrant that any content provided to us does not infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties.

6. CONFIDENTIALITY

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive information disclosed during the business relationship. Confidential information includes customer data, proprietary designs, and other information not publicly known.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Holsterguy will not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or services. In no event will our aggregate liability exceed the total amount paid for the specific product or service in dispute.

8. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold Holsterguy harmless against all claims, losses, or expenses resulting from your use of our products or breach of these Terms.

9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Either party may terminate a purchase agreement with written notice if the other party breaches a material obligation and fails to rectify it within a reasonable time. Upon termination, all outstanding fees are payable immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, and any disputes will be resolved by courts in the State of Washington, USA.
