If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our Return & Refund Policy provides a fair and straightforward process.


1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, including all packaging, instructions, and accessories.

  • Returns requested after 7 days from delivery are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee.

  • Returns are not accepted after 30 days.

  • Custom-made products or items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation, invoice, or receipt) is required for all returns.


2. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect:

  1. Notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the defect or damage.

  3. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs, once the claim is approved.


3. How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us using one of the methods below within the eligible period:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.

  3. Once approved, we will issue a Return Authorization (RMA) and provide instructions for shipping your return.

Note: Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.


4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a product defect.

  • Use a trackable and insured shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

  • Holsterguy is not responsible for lost or damaged items during return transit.


5. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.

  • Refunds cover the product price minus any applicable restocking fee and exclude original shipping charges, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

  • We will notify you via email once your refund has been processed.


6. Exchanges

  • Follow the same steps as a return to request an exchange.

  • Once the original item is received and approved, we will ship the replacement product.

  • If the exchange is due to customer preference (e.g., size or style change), shipping fees will apply.


7. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet shipped.

  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may follow the return process above.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the stated processing time:

  1. Check with your bank or credit card provider.

  2. Contact your payment provider as processing times may vary.
